Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PDG & ASSOCIATES LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BuildAppX (“BuildAppX”, “we”, “us”), handles information in connection with the website at buildappx.com (the “Site”).
Information you submit
When you contact us through the Site’s contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide:
- your name
- your work email address
- your phone number
- your company or business name
- your website, if you provide one
- your message
- your project stage, if you select one
If you email us directly, we receive the information included in your email.
Source information sent with the contact form
To understand how people find us, the Site keeps a small record in your browser’s session storage of the page you first landed on, the referring website, any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, and when you arrived. This record is stored only for your browser session. It is sent to us only if you submit the contact form, when we receive the landing page, referrer and UTM parameters, along with the page you submitted from and a timestamp of your submission.
This source information is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not shared with advertisers, and is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Technical information
Like most websites, the Site and its hosting infrastructure process technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the Site secure, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and the referring page. The contact form also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated or automated submissions.
Cookies, browser storage and your consent choices
The Site uses essential technologies that are needed for it to work, such as delivering pages, security and the contact form. These are always active.
When you make a choice in our privacy banner or in Cookie Preferences, that choice is stored locally in your browser using localStorage, so we can remember it on later visits. Your consent choice is not sent to us or to anyone else. You can change it at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site’s footer.
The Site offers two consent categories: Essential, which is always active, and Analytics, which is optional and off by default. No analytics service is currently installed on the Site, and no advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers are used. If we add optional analytics in the future, it will only be enabled after you give consent, and we will update this Policy to describe it.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To communicate with you about the project or service you asked about.
- To arrange a call or follow-up with you when appropriate.
- To understand which pages and channels bring people to the Site.
- To operate and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use service providers to host the Site and to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to BuildAppX, subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
We use Resend as an email delivery service provider to transmit contact form submissions to our business inbox at paul@buildappx.com. When you submit the contact form, the email we receive through Resend may include your name, email address, phone number, company or business name, website, project stage and message, along with the landing page, referrer, UTM parameters (when present), a timestamp and an internally generated submission identifier. Resend is used only to deliver these inquiries, not for advertising, profiling or marketing.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
Retention
We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to applicable legal, accounting, or operational requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot ensure the security of information you send to us.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information, subject to applicable law. To make a request, contact us at paul@buildappx.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
California residents
If California privacy laws apply to us with respect to your information, you may have additional rights under those laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, and to request its deletion or correction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us at paul@buildappx.com.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States, and information you submit may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. This version is effective as of October 2, 2026.
