These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at buildappx.com (the “Site”), operated by PDG & ASSOCIATES LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BuildAppX (“BuildAppX”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about BuildAppX and the kinds of digital products and services we offer. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice.

No client relationship

Using the Site, contacting us or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, partnership or any other business relationship between you and BuildAppX.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice. Descriptions of how software can support a business are general in nature and are not a promise of any particular outcome. You should consult qualified advisers about your own circumstances.

Project inquiries are non-binding

Project inquiries submitted through the Site, and any initial conversations about them, are non-binding for both you and BuildAppX. Neither party is obligated to enter into an engagement because of an inquiry.

Paid engagements

Any paid work is governed solely by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract signed by both you and BuildAppX. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.

Concept studies

The Site contains work labeled “Concept Study”. Concept studies are not client projects unless clearly identified otherwise. They are illustrative product-design and strategy examples only, created by BuildAppX to show how we think about products.

Concept studies must not be interpreted as:

• actual customer engagements;
• actual customer results;
• endorsements;
• testimonials; or
• evidence that any specific business implemented the concept.

Interfaces, names and content shown in concept studies are illustrative.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, designs, interface concepts, concept studies and the BuildAppX name, are owned by BuildAppX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own informational purposes. Any other use, including copying, reproducing or distributing Site content, requires our prior written permission.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site and confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form; if a project moves forward, we can agree on appropriate confidentiality terms in writing. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• submit false information, spam or malicious content through the contact form;

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms. This version is effective as of October 2, 2026.
